Job Duties:
Manages at least two key administrative functions such as purchasing inventory control fiscal management personnel or telecommunications.
Provides timely and accurate support to Tri-Regional Coordinators and LERN staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Oversees the use of the state purchasing card (P-Card) for travel and routine purchases including managing accounts payable and coding expenditures.
Coordinates statewide program operations including budget tracking purchasing oversight and fiscal reporting.
Maintains and updates the LERN website with current documents events and other relevant information.
Handles all aspects of moveable property management including tagging tracking inventory transfers and surplus reporting while maintaining accurate records for Louisiana Boards and Commissions and LERN Board functions.
