Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed whilst looking after our loyal customers and leading a large team efficiently. The Assistant Store Manager role is a fast paced hands-on role. Assisting and deputising for the Store Manager you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations learning about the daily aspects of running a Dominos store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead and coach all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and produce great product at all times. Its the perfect way to develop your career in Dominos.
The ideal candidate will need to drive and be able to travel to locations within 15 miles to develop their training.
