We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Data Expert to join our Data Oversight Delivery Area Team of Data Management Tribe Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen helping others be successful always being one step aheadthats our DNA.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Data Expert in Regulatory Data you will:

As a key member of a squad you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products services channels and Regulatory Reporting.

You are part of the delivery team to define functional requirements participation in testing and support before the Go-live.

You control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting solve the incidents in case of errors provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.

You identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer improving the processes.

You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset for the day-to-day performance for building reliable business operations and services and for connecting it with internal or external parties.

You work with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

• Master or bachelors degree between 3/6 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Be able to translate customer feedback into improvements of our digital journeys.
• IT affinity: understand how the customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape incl. the technical dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; and communicate with and where necessary challenge the IT developers and architects.
• Strong effective presentations skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.
• Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
• Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse como Experto/a en Datos Digitales al equipo de Data Oversight Delivery Area dentro del Tribu de Gestión de Datos en ING España.

Este equipo tiene como responsabilidad asegurar la entrega y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de reporte regulatorio y de iniciativas globales desarrollando soluciones de alta calidad basadas en metodología Agile. Hacer que las cosas pasen ayudar a otras personas a tener éxito y estar siempre un paso por delante eso forma parte de nuestro ADN.

Principales responsabilidades:

Como Experta/o en Datos Digitales en el área de Datos Regulatorios:

• Formarás parte de un squad aportando un conocimiento amplio sobre productos servicios canales y reportes regulatorios de ING.
• Participarás en la definición de requisitos funcionales en pruebas y en el soporte previo al Go-live.
• Controlarás el proceso de reporting regulatorio y global resolviendo incidencias en caso de errores proporcionando información y apoyo a los equipos de soporte o proveedores.
• Identificarás los productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades expresadas por las personas usuarias internas utilizando tu experiencia para proponer configuraciones y cantidades adecuadas. Representarás la voz de la persona cliente interna contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los procesos.
• Serás responsable de mejorar el servicio con una visión end-to-end asegurando el rendimiento diario construyendo operaciones y servicios fiables y conectándolos con partes internas o externas.

Además colaborarás con los equipos de Riesgos Cumplimiento Normativo y Legal para garantizar que nuestros productos y servicios cumplan con la regulación y las políticas vigentes.

• Formación universitaria (Grado o Máster) y entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.
• Capacidad para traducir el feedback de las personas clientas en mejoras de los journeys digitales.
• Afinidad con IT: comprensión de cómo los journeys se conectan con el landscape tecnológico incluyendo dependencias técnicas con otros Tribes y capacidad para comunicarte y cuando sea necesario retar a desarrolladores/as y arquitectos/as.
• Habilidades sólidas para realizar presentaciones efectivas.
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicación tanto con perfiles técnicos como no técnicos.
• Dominio del inglés y del español.
• Colaboración remota: habilidad para trabajar con personas de diferentes zonas horarias y contextos culturales.
• Sensibilidad intercultural y empatía: clave para fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo y armonioso.
• Adaptabilidad: flexibilidad ante cambios y diferencias horarias.
