Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Data Oversight Delivery Area Team of Data Management Tribe Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen helping others be successful always being one step aheadthats our DNA.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Customer Journey Expert in Regulatory Data you will:

As a key member of a squad you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products services channels and Regulatory Reporting.

You are part of the delivery team to define functional requirements participation in testing and support before the Go-live.

You control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting solve the incidents in case of errors provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.

You identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer improving the processes.

You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset for the day-to-day performance for building reliable business operations and services and for connecting it with internal or external parties.

You work with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

  • Master or bachelors degree between 3/6 years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Be able to translate customer feedback into improvements of our digital journeys.
  • IT affinity: understand how the customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape incl. the technical dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; and communicate with and where necessary challenge the IT developers and architects.
  • Strong effective presentations skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.
  • Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
  • Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise

Este equipo tiene como misin asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones regulatorias de reporting y de iniciativas globales ofreciendo desarrollos de alta calidad basados en metodologa Agile. Tus principales responsabilidades

Como Customer Journey Expert en Regulatory Data:

  • Formars parte de un squad aportando un conocimiento amplio sobre productos servicios canales de ING y reporting regulatorio.
  • Participars en la definicin de requisitos funcionales en pruebas y en el soporte previo al Go-live.
  • Controlars el proceso de reporting regulatorio y global resolviendo incidencias proporcionando informacin y apoyo a los equipos de soporte o proveedores.
  • Identificars los productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades expresadas por las personas clientas proponiendo configuraciones y cantidades adecuadas gracias a tu experiencia.
  • Sers la voz de la persona cliente interna contribuyendo a la mejora continua de procesos.
  • Sers responsable de mejorar el servicio con una visin end-to-end asegurando el rendimiento diario la fiabilidad operativa y la conexin con equipos internos y externos.
  • Colaborars con reas de Riesgos Compliance y Legal para garantizar que nuestros productos y servicios cumplen con la normativa y las polticas internas.

  • Formacin universitaria (Grado o Mster) y entre 3 y 6 aos de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.

  • Afinidad con IT: comprensin de cmo los journeys se conectan con el landscape tecnolgico incluyendo dependencias tcnicas con otros Tribes y capacidad para comunicarte y cuando sea necesario retar a desarrolladores/as y arquitectos/as.
  • Habilidades slidas para realizar presentaciones efectivas.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicacin tanto con perfiles tcnicos como no tcnicos.
  • Dominio del ingls y del espaol.
  • Colaboracin remota: habilidad para trabajar con personas de diferentes zonas horarias y contextos culturales.
  • Sensibilidad intercultural y empata: clave para fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo y armonioso.
