Industrial Process Intern (Estagiário de Engenharia de Processos)

Support process monitoring activities including chronoanalysis OEE control and monitoring of variables during manufacturing in addition to improvement projects in Lean Manufacturing. Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in the implementation of operational control tools. Support operational training on manufacturing lines purchasing activities in the sector and inventory control of the CRIB (tooling) including cost analysis. Monitor prototypes on manufacturing lines and manage samples with the analysis laboratory. Implement the 6S program.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Support in process monitoring activities (chronoanalysis OEE control monitoring of variables during manufacturing improvement projects in Lean Manufacturing).

- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Support in the implementation of operational control tools (4U).

- Support in operational training on manufacturing lines.

- Support in purchasing activities in the sector.

- Assist in controlling the factorys CRIB (tooling) inventory.

- Support CRIB (tooling) cost analysis.

- Support in monitoring prototypes on the manufacturing lines.

- Support in managing samples with the analysis laboratory.

- Support the implementation of the 6S program.

Suportar atividades de monitoramento de processos incluindo cronoanlise controle de OEE e acompanhamento de variveis durante a fabricao alm de projetos de melhoria em Lean Manufacturing. Auxiliar na elaborao de procedimentos operacionais padro (POPs) e na implementao de ferramentas de controle operacional. Suportar treinamentos operacionais nas linhas de fabricao atividades de compras do setor e controle de inventrio do CRIB (ferramentaria) incluindo anlise de custos. Acompanhar prottipos nas linhas de fabricao e gerir amostras junto ao laboratrio de anlises. Implementar o programa 6S.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES
