POSITION SUMMARY
The District Manager for our Wright WY location is a strategic leader a result-driven and customer service-oriented individual. The District Manager is a key driver of success for the district providing leadership accountability business acumen communication and customer service; both operationally and in sales. This position will entail a combination of work conducted both remotely in the field and at the office.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work Safely or not at all. Value and follow all safe work practices company policies and client worksite regulations
- Champion EnerStar Core Values
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share improve customer experience and drive growth
- Ensure that the district delivers value and excellence to the clients
- Maintain profit margins and implement business plan
- Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
- Perform strategic customer service delivery while maximizing profitability
- Organize train and schedule employees
- Manage and maintain the condition of all rental assets
- Lead the branch and plan day to day operations
- Execute the companies health safety and environment policies and practices
- Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelors degree inbusiness administration or similar discipline preferred
- An equivalent combination of experience and education can be considered
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of progress career growth
- Experience in the oil & gas industry
- Management experience in equipment rental or related industry
- Proven district management working experience
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell manage and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
