This position starts as hybrid for training then becomes mostly remote.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the companys footprint.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Manage and grow existing client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. estimating engineering operations) to deliver accurate proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
Attend trade shows industry events and customer meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and market feedback to company leadership.
Maintain a strong understanding of the companys product and service offerings pricing and value proposition.
