Construction Manager Townhomes

With a commitment to quality innovation and community integration this firm is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the bidding buyout and construction management of residential townhome projects in the Greater Seattle area. This role requires an experienced leader with the ability to manage all aspects of construction independently from preconstruction through project delivery.
Construction Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of townhome construction from bidding and subcontractor buyout to project completion.
- Oversee budgets schedules and contracts to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
- Direct and coordinate field staff subcontractors and design-build partners.
- Review and manage construction documents across multiple disciplines.
- Conduct constructability reviews value engineering and cost estimating.
- Monitor safety quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates and clear communication to senior management.
Construction Manager Qualifications:
- 10 years of senior-level management experience preferably in residential townhomes or multi-family construction.
- Strong knowledge of contracts documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel; Timberline experience a plus.
- Skilled in managing budgets schedules and subcontractors independently.
- Ability to interpret complex construction documents across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field preferred.
