Ben jij een ambitieuze student die praktijkervaring wil opdoen in de dynamische wereld van residentieel vastgoed JLL biedt een unieke stagekans waarbij je direct bijdraagt aan echte projecten en leert van de beste professionals in de sector.
Wat ga je doen
Als stagiair bij ons Residential Team word je een volwaardig teamlid dat:
- Ondersteunt bij vastgoedwaarderingen - Vooral voor woningcorporaties en particuliere eigenaren.
- Marktonderzoek uitvoert - Van woningmarkttrends tot lokale ontwikkelingen.
- Bezichtigingen bijwoont - Leer het vak door praktijkervaring op te doen.
- Data analyseert - Draag bij aan professionele taxatierapporten.
- Administratief ondersteunt - Houd databases actueel en bereid documenten voor.
Wat breng je mee
- Studie: HBO/WO richting Vastgoed Bedrijfskunde Finance of vergelijkbaar.
- Vaardigheden: Sterke analytische skills en oog voor detail.
- Software: Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office (vooral Excel).
- Persoonlijkheid: Zelfstandig teamspeler en gepassioneerd door vastgoed.
- Communicatie: Uitstekende Nederlandse en Engelse beheersing.
