Roster: Permanent Full Time Mon Fri (flexibility available)
Reports to: Chief Development Officer and Chief People & Sustainability Officer

Your Opportunity

Were currently seeking ahigh-performing Executive Assistantto support our executive leadership team with a focus on enabling the Chief Development Officer - Lithium and the Chief People & Sustainability Officer.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our leaders are supported to deliver on strategic priorities across growth sustainability and people. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills strong attention to detail and a passion for working in a dynamic purpose-driven environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide high-level support including calendar and inbox management travel coordination and meeting preparation;
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and follow-up;
- Support the rhythm of the business through coordination of leadership meetings reporting cycles and project tracking;
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation; and
- Assist with team engagement activities communications and event planning.
What Youll Bring

- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role ideally supporting C-suite or senior leaders (mining / resources exposure an advantage);
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities;
- A professional and positive demeanour and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders;
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools;
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills; and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last 2 months.
