Civmec is currently seeking applications from experienced SMP Supervisor with a strong background in delivering SMP and vertical projects within the resources sector. The Role
- Supervise and control designated project works for all SMP duties
- Compose weekly progress reports
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries inspections project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Present neat documentation correspondence and records as requested
- Manage labour relations and coordinate with the representative groups to ensure a harmonious workplace;
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- You will be an experiencedSupervisor (SMP) with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience working on a large-scale construction projector similar in the same role.
- Managing and driving completions and punch listing crews.
- Well-honed project planning and scheduling skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder management
