Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) Care Partner

Location: Baltimore MD & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $20.00 $25.00/hour Weekly Pay
Job Type: Full-Time Part-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) to join our care team. As a Care Partner you will play an essential role in helping clients remain safe comfortable and independent in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.

• Support with Instrumental ADLs (IADLs) including meal preparation light housekeeping laundry and errands.

• Provide companionship and emotional support encouraging engagement and independence.

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers inside the home.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with other tasks as directed by the clients plan of care.

• Observe document and report changes in client condition mood or environment to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean safe and respectful environment at all times.

• Follow client confidentiality standards and all state and agency regulations.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or GNA certification in Maryland (required).

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience in a senior care or healthcare setting.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification and up-to-date TB testing (as required).

• Clear criminal background check and two verifiable references.

• Ability to follow written care plans and document care provided.

• Reliable transportation to reach client homes.
