Pay: $100000.00 - $175000.00 per year
Job description:
Note: This position follows a hybrid work schedule with regular in-office time required at either the Seattle or Tacoma office.
Note: You must have at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents slip and falls and wrongful death cases
- Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research case evaluations and settlement negotiations
- Communicate directly with clients medical providers and insurance adjusters
- Handle court appearances depositions and mediations as needed
- Collaborate with a team of experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Admission to practice law in Washington State (active and in good standing)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to client advocacy and a high level of empathy
