Project Engineer
Location: Farmington Hills MI
Work Model: Full-time 90% Office 10% On-Site
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized proactive and detail-orienteda true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.
If you love working in a fast-paced results-driven environment and want to make a meaningful impact this is the role for you. Youll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
- Manage 2 - 4 projects simultaneously ranging from $150K to $400K
- Leverage AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook to keep projects on track
- Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
- Thrive in a culture of high expectations accountability and collaboration
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
- A Type A personalityorganized proactive and driven to get things done
- Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook is required
