Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all legal processes related to recovery on non-performing loan (NPLs)
  • Prepare file and follow up on civil lawsuits against NPLs customer at the court
  • Draft and review on legal pleading claims responses and other court related documents
  • Represent the bank in court hearing where is permitted or coordinate with panel law firm summons or enforcement where is required.
  • Liaise with loan collection team to obtain necessary case details and evidence.
  • Manage registration of legal complaints with the courts.
  • Monitor timelines hearings and judgements to ensure procedural compliance.
  • Follow up on enforcement proceedings including asset seizure auctions and settlement.
  • Prepare periodic reports on litigation status success rate and recovery outcomes.
  • Support legal processes involved in the disposal of collateral asset tied to NPLs.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree faculty of Law or other related to legal filed.
  • Completely Graduated from professional lawyer training school.
  • Certificate License from the Bar Association of the Kingdome of Cambodia.
  • Minimum at least 2 years experience after completed internship in the legal professional
  • training course and current position as a practicing lawyer.
  • Good command in spoken and written English is required.
  • Computer skill in Microsoft word Excel PowerPoint etc
