Manage customer interactions via phone email and chat in English.
Provide accurate information troubleshoot problems and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure all customer queries are handled with professionalism empathy and efficiency.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and procedures.
Achieve individual and team performance targets including customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements:
Native or C2 level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to potential schedule changes.
Must already be based in Athens Greece (no relocation provided).
Compensation and Benefits:
14 salaries per year (12 monthly 1 Easter 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
