Job Description:
What will you work on
Be responsible for software electronics development including flowchart and program code problem analysis and manufacturing support.
How will you create impact
- Handle new projects software development and circuit design;
- Work together with mechanical and hardware teams on electro-mechanical systems to achieve functional requirements of products and meeting schedule timeline.
- Problem analysis and solution proposals.
- Create development tools and programming tools for RC products;
- Coordinate with hardware team and vendors in exploring market trends and technical solutions;
- Source new technology and components;
- Research and generate new concepts & applications in MCU development territory.
- Provide on-going support to Engineering Teams in Asia and N. America offices;
- Manage a small team of Electronics Engineers (Hardware/ Software)
What are your skills and experience
- Degree in Electronics Engineering Master Degree preferred;
- 7 years or above experience for MCU solution development in toys industry;
- Minimum 7 years of solid design and product bring up experience in toys or consumer electronic products;
- Knowledge in toys industry standard desirable;
- Experience in product cost reduction is a plus.
- Proven ability to write engineering spec and develop critical component qualification and product functional qualification plan as well as successfully design and qualify component and product per plan and schedule.
- Characterization data analysis and presentation with demonstrated understanding of results and provide solution.
- Experienced in Assembly Language and be familiar with Elan Sonix or Nuvoton MCU;
- Familiar with 2.4G solution development.
- Familiar with RF circuit and power electronics design of RC Toys.
- Good communication skills and excellent in English Writing.
