Pay

Starting pay: 0.710.75 CPM (annual increases up to 0.78 CPM)
Average weekly gross: $1635$1770
Top 20% earn $115000 annually
$5000 sign-on bonus
Extra pay: $50 layover $19/stop (810 stops weekly) Detention $12.50/hr store / $18/hr backhaul

Home Time & Schedule

Home weekly with 34-hour reset at home
Dispatch windows: midnight3 PM (varied start times)
Work week: MondaySaturday (limited Sunday deliveries)
Shifts average 1114 hours/day

Freight

Reefer trailers hauling groceries
Palletized freight driver no-touch (stores unload trailers)

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A
6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (within last 3 years)
Must have experience with trailers at least 48 ft
No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months OR 3 in 36 months
Cannot be terminated from last driving job for safety reasons
No felony convictions for sex drugs theft/fraud or violence within past 5 years
No Clearinghouse violations ever
No SAP drivers
Must pass urine and hair drug test
