Job Description
Our client a top-tier international law firm is hiring a Capital Markets Associate to join their Singapore office. The role involves supporting a wide range of DCM and ECM transactions including IPOs equity placements bond issuances and debt restructurings.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review key transaction documents
- Advise on deal structuring and execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct legal research
- Liaise with regulators and stakeholders
- Support cross-border transactions and client meetings
- Monitor market trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 1-3 years PQE in capital markets at a reputable firm
- Law degree with strong academic credentials
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
