Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless customer experiences. Through written communication channels youll assist users troubleshoot issues and provide reliable guidance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email and chat only providing prompt courteous and clear responses
  • Use established support workflows (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate when needed
  • Consistently meet service standards including quality metrics and SLA targets
  • Stay current on product updates and best practices through ongoing training and feedback
  • Approach every case with a customer-first solution-oriented attitude
  • Share ideas to optimize support processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
