Now Hiring LPNs for The Homestead (FT Nights Finger Lakes Health)
Location: Finger Lakes Region NY
Schedule: Full-Time Nights 5x8s per week Every Other Weekend & Holidays required
Contract: 2026 weeks (through the holiday season!)
Start Date: 09/16/2025 End Date: 01/31/2026
Finger Lakes Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Homestead long-term care team for full-time night shift contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional care while securing a contract that runs through the holiday season.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Active NY LPN Licensure
- BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC experience preferred)
- Ability to provide safe age-appropriate care to adult and geriatric patients
- Strong teamwork communication and clinical skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care to residents under RN supervision
- Collect and report data on residents physical and psychosocial conditions
- Collaborate with residents families and interdisciplinary team members to create and update individualized care plans
- Promote a safe healthy environment while ensuring quality outcomes
- Support the mentoring/orientation of staff and maintain professional growth through ongoing education
- Provide compassionate patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations
