What You Will Do As A Sales Representative: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our national account customer base with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing customer satisfaction. Job Duties: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target national accounts within the forklift industry/systems/solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our national account portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing service and operations to ensure the delivery of cohesive and effective customer service.
- Conduct regular account reviews and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts across regions and provide support on larger strategic deals.
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
- Navigate contract negotiations and pricing strategies to achieve favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management preferably in the forklift or material handling industry.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
