We are seeking a driven and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through door-to-door sales in the home improvement and roofing this role you will be the face of our company engaging directly with homeowners to identify needs offer solutions and schedule consultations or inspections. If youre confident self-motivated and have a passion for helping customers improve their homes this is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team with high earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods to generate new leads and promote our roofing and home improvement services.
- Educate homeowners on available services materials and the benefits of professional roofing/home improvement solutions.
- Schedule free inspections or consultations for potential customers with in-house specialists.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Track and report leads appointments and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales goals.
- Stay informed about products services market conditions and competitor activities.
- Represent the company with integrity professionalism and enthusiasm.
$35000 - $45000 a year
Salary range reflects base salary this position has commission opportunities.
