Consumer Finance Associate Attorney Dallas TX Austin TX Houston TX

A leading law firm has an immediate opening for a Consumer Finance Associate to join its team in Austin Dallas or Houston. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a collaborative group handling complex and cutting-edge matters in the consumer finance space.

About the Role

The associate will be involved in:

  • Advising clients on consumer financial services compliance and regulatory issues.

  • Assisting with litigation and enforcement matters related to federal and state consumer finance laws.

  • Working on issues involving mortgage lending credit cards auto finance student loans and other consumer financial products.

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consumer financial services litigation or regulatory compliance (law firm or government agency experience preferred).
JD and Licensed and in good standing inTexas.
Strong analytical research and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
