JOBSUMMARY:

Responsibleforoverseeingdailyoperationsof the cagearea.

DIRECTLYSUPERVISES: CageCashier MainBankCashier CageCashierII DR Cage Cashier II - Cage Cashier Main Bank DR Cage Cashier - Cage Cashier II

KEYJOBFUNCTIONS:

  • TheCageSupervisorwillprovideexcellentinternalandexternal guestservice.
  • Coordinates and supervises the controls and procedures of the Cage Cashiers; to include thesecuringofcompanyfundsandaccountabilityof allmonies androuting of paperwork.
  • Responsible for scheduling of team members in the cage and ensuring coverage levels areadequatetoprovideexcellent customerservice.
  • Resolves customer complaints regarding cage matters and works with other casino departmentsto facilitateresolutiononteammember issues.
  • Responsible for enforcement of gaming regulations internal controls and company policies and procedures.
  • Performsfunctionsofmainbanker orcagecashier whenneeded

EDUCATIONSand/orEXPERIENCE:

Associates degree (A.S.) from two-year college or university; or one to two years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisoryexperiencepreferred.

Excellent oral and written communication guest service to analyze MainBank tomaintainaccuracy to tousegoodjudgment in intensesituation.

SOCIALSKILLSANDEXPERIENCE:

Must have an outgoing energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable initiatingconversationsandcreatinga fun environmentwithour guests.

LANGUAGESKILLS:

Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technicalprocedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence andprocedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups ofmanagersclients customers andthegeneral public.

MATHEMATICALSKILLS:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference andfundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractionspercentagesratiosandproportionstopracticalsituations.

Must regularly access patron personal data including credit information the player data base financialrecordsandpersonnel/payrollrecords.

ACCESSTOGAMINGFLOOR:

Requires accesstogeneralareasof thegamingfacilityandthecagecount rooms andmainbankareas.
