Role Overview:

As a People & Culture Projects Officer youll play a key role in delivering strategic HR projects that build organisational capability and support workforce sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that directly shape employee experience and organisational outcomes

What Youll Do:

Working closely with the People & Culture Projects Manager and the wider P&C team you will:

  • Coordinate and support projects across areas such as capability talent EVP diversity & inclusion and leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies procedures and resources.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support the successful roll-out of initiatives.
  • Provide reporting data analysis and administrative support to enable continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For:

You are an organised proactive and collaborative professional with:

  • At least 2 years experience supporting HR or organisational development projects.
  • Strong project coordination communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An understanding of HR practices policies and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • A growth mindset curiosity and a genuine interest in people and culture.
