- VCA Pine Ridge Animal Hospital located in Andover MN is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 4-doctor team in a growing community-centered practice.
- Our clinic is spacious and welcoming featuring a large lobby and 6 exam rooms designed with an up north lodge-style atmosphere that our clients addition to veterinary services we also offer grooming and rehabilitation including an underwater treadmill. Were equipped with an ultrasound a modern surgery suite and digital radiography and we partner with a board-certified internist for advanced imaging when needed. We perform a high volume of dental procedures and provide a wide range of preventive and surgical care.

Schedule
Full-time position with rotating Saturdays (typically 1 per month).
Flexible scheduling options we are open to new graduates or early-career veterinarians who are seeking mentorship.
Collaborative team approach with opportunities to tailor your schedule to your interests and strengths.
Cases
Our doctors see a wide variety of cases including:
Preventive and wellness exams
Soft tissue surgeries
Dentistry (high dental case load)
Rehabilitation services with underwater treadmill
Ultrasound (with internist support for advanced cases)
General medicine for dogs and cats

Total Rewards
As a VCA Associate eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package including:
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience skills knowledge abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120k - 160k
- Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week. Salary negotiation can be discussed outside of pay band.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs including production.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in (MN) or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
