Intellectual Property Litigation AssociateAttorney $250k$370k Los Angeles CA Washington DC San Francisco CA (Hybrid)
A leading AmLaw firm is seeking Intellectual Property Litigation Associates with 36 years of experience to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex high-profile matters for sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will:
Assist in all phases of intellectual property litigation including case strategy discovery motion practice depositions and trial preparation.
Draft and review litigation documents including pleadings briefs and motions.
Work closely with technical experts and analyze complex technologies.
Qualifications
36 years of intellectual property litigation experience preferably in a large law firm setting.
- JD from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Washington DC bar or California state bar.
Technical background strongly preferred with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Exceptional academic credentials and strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
