Job Description

Real Estate AssociateAttorney $260K$350K Dallas TX

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 35 years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions involving a wide range of real estate assets including mixed-use developments office buildings multi-family properties retail assets hotels and resorts.

About the Role

The attorney will handle:

  • Commercial real estate and financing transactions including acquisitions dispositions and development projects.

  • Drafting and negotiating key documents such as:

    • Purchase and sale agreements

    • Leases and licenses

    • Loan agreements

    • Easements and CC&Rs

    • Development and property management agreements

  • Advising clients on complex real estate matters with precision and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • 35 years in real estate law with a focus on commercial transactions and financing.

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas state bar.
  • Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills.

  • Bonus: Experience with real estate development and joint venture agreements (not required).
