Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. Our company operates in a regulated environment and adheres to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. We specialize in manual manufacturing processes emphasizing precision and reliability in every aspect of our operations.

Work Authorization: Due to US Govt and our Clients rules and regulations - candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship and or Permanent Residence.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

    • Lean Manufacturing Tools and Technologies The use of tools techniques and processes specifically designed to increase value added work including daily routines and tasks to eliminate waste decrease cost and create a culture of continuous improvement
    • Gather Analyze and Report information Observing receiving or otherwise obtaining information from all available resources. Identifying the underlying principles reasons or facts within the information to provide meaningful results for the given audience
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
    • Perform inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards and procedures.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and non-conformances.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
    • 4 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering preferably in a regulated environment.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
    • Proven track record in manual manufacturing environments with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
    • Prefer candidates with a solid Data background and organizing Data
$70000 - $100000 a year
