What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
In this role youll take responsibility for developing specifications design reports and functional documentation while conducting calculations and detailed design activities. Youll support the full project lifecycle from concept development and trade-off studies to onsite engineering support during fabrication commissioning and implementation. Youll manage contractors suppliers and change requests ensuring compliance with national and international standards as well as project quality safety and risk plans. Along the way youll contribute to tenders monitor budgets and help resolve technical challenges to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.

What youll need
Youll hold a or (pref) degree in Electrical Engineering and be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with ECSA. With 6-8 years of technical experience in marine mining oil and gas marine infrastructure or heavy (submersible) engineering you bring strong CAD skills proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and E-Plan and working knowledge of MS Project. Youre self-motivated disciplined willing to travel and work flexibly with the ability to deliver quality engineering solutions in demanding environments.
