What you will be doing

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our individual organizational and corporate client base with a focus on designing tailored periodic health screening this role you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with B2B B2C and B2B2C clients managing partnerships with clinics and hospitals and delivering customized health screening solutions that meet the needs of each customer segment.

On a day-to-day basis this means you will:

Business Strategy Development and Execution Health Check-up Services

• Conduct market research analyze and identify target customer segments.

• Proactively develop detailed business plans and an effective implementation roadmap for general health check-up services.
  

Corporate Client Development (B2B Focus)

• Proactively source approach and build relationships with potential corporate clients (especially HR departments Administration departments and C-level executives) to introduce and consult on annual health check-up services and other healthcare offerings.

• Effectively leverage existing corporate client bases (if any) and expand networks through various channels: networking cold outreach events seminars and referrals.
  

Understanding Client Needs & Health Check-up Solutions Consulting

• Meet and engage directly with Corporate Clients to gather detailed information on health check-up needs industry specifics workforce scale budgets HR policies and current labor law regulations.

• Design customized and flexible health check-up packages that not only meet medical standards but also align with the company strategy and budget.
  

Partner Network Coordination and Management

• Identify assess and build strong partnerships with reputable hospitals and clinics to deliver quality health check-up services tailored to client requirements and budget as well as WhiteCoats service standards.

• Coordinate the implementation of on-site or in-clinic health check-ups for corporate clients.
  

Proposal Preparation Quotation and Contract Negotiation

• Prepare service brochures capability statements and competitive quotations

• Support client presentations pricing and commercial term discussions and contract negotiations leading to successful deals.
  

Client Care and Long-term Relationship Development

• Maintain professional and trustworthy relationships with existing corporate clients especially HR teams.

• Monitoring and resolving any issues arising during service usage.

• Collect client feedback to improve service quality and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities aligned with companies HR planning cycles.
  

Internal Coordination and Reporting

• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth and professional execution of health check-up programs.

• Work with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials targeting HR decision-makers.

• Provide regular reports on business performance client feedback and market trends to direct management.

What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare or Human Resource Management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business development especially in corporate health check-ups or employee benefits consulting

• Strong ability to work with HR clients and medical service providers to co-create tailored solutions

• Solid understanding of health check-up services service quality standards and corporate HR workflows

• Excellent B2B sales presentation and relationship-building skills; results-driven and proactive

• Familiarity with health screening regulations and clinic operational processes

• Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills

• Proactive sales-driven results-oriented and highly responsible
  

Good to have

• Direct experience working in clinics hospitals or roles involving coordination and development of corporate health services from the healthcare provider side

• Existing network of corporate HR contacts

• Basic English reading and communication ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint
