Job Description
YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Maintain and migrate Java-based applications using Java into AWS cloud based
- Work with cloud technologies specifically AWS to deploy and scale applications
- Work with cross-functional team members: PM project lead engineers..
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Write unit tests and ensure code quality through code reviews
- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development including proficiency with Spring Boot
- Have experience with AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 RDS Lambda)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Solid understanding of database design and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment
- A team player proactive detailed oriented approach to drive projects and make them happen
- Open to discussion learning sharing and feel comfortable to bring ideas
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools like Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- AWS certification or similar cloud certifications
