Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for fintech and a knack for navigating complex regulatory landscapes Trusting Social is seeking a Senior Associate Legal & Compliancewho will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations are compliant forward-thinking and strategically aligned with our growth initiatives.
How Youll Make an Impact
As aSenior Associate Legal & Compliance youll be at the forefront of shaping our legal strategies and compliance frameworks. Your expertise will be critical in driving our mission to democratize credit access in emerging markets while safeguarding our operations against regulatory challenges.
What Youll Do
- Draft review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (SaaS partnerships vendor contracts data licensing)
- Support ongoing compliance with local and international regulations on data privacy digital lending and AI governance
- Track legal and regulatory updates across Southeast Asia and India advising internal teams accordingly
- Assist in developing and implementing internal policies training and risk controls
- Liaise with regulators and external counsel where needed
What Were Looking For
- 6 years of legal experience preferably with a mix of fintech and law firm background
- Deep understanding of compliance data protection and commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Proactive collaborative and comfortable in high-growth cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
