Job Description
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our clients team in Bucharest. This is a hybrid position with 2 office days per week and the rest remote.
Salary range (net/month):
Mid-Level:RON
Senior:RON
Contract: 6 months

Tasks
- Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS ensuring scalability availability and security.
- Build monitor and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments (development QA staging production).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release cycles.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across environments.
- Provide support for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles managing both production and non-production environments.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (preferred: Azure DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of networking operating systems (Linux & Windows) and virtualization (e.g. VMware).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform).
- Proficiency with version control systems particularly Git.
Nice to have / Advantages:
- Experience building environments from scratch (preferably QA or staging).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana Prometheus New Relic ELK or similar
