Job Description
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis and patient goals.
- Utilize a variety of techniques including exercise manual therapy modalities and patient education.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility and legal requirements.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or acute rehabilitation setting.
- Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (MA PT) Required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
