iMMEDIATE START
-
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development across multiple modules including writing technical specifications and performing code reviews in ABAP and ABAP Objects
- At least six years of technical lead experience
- Three to Four full lifecycle SAP implementations experience
- Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients
- Experience across multiple industries such as Manufacturing Retail etc.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Project and SharePoint
- Provides ongoing visibility to the direction of SAP product within specific discipline including new functionality or typical third-party application
- Define Technical scope and objectives
- Establish MS Project tracker to manage the Technical Project Plan
- Analyze Client requirements and provide detailed technical solutions
- Act as trusted advisor to the Customer and to Project Management
- Forecast resources to ensure right consultants are available at right time for the project
- Manage offshore development work
- Assist in development of Technical Project Management Methodology tools and templates
- Screen new candidates and develop training content
- Identify and assist in development of intellectual property
- Software architecture knowledge of enterprise applications is must
- In-depth experience of working in end-to-end implementations support and upgrade projects
- Expertise in (WRICEF Objects) Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Adobe Forms OO-ABAP OData CDS Views RAP
- Knowledge/experience in Webdynpro ABAP FIORI UI5 Application development is added advantage
- Experience in latest ABAP on HANA coding standards is must with emphasis on ABAP 7.4 and above syntax
- Experience in ABAP Debugging Performance Tools Runtime Analysis SAP Job Scheduling SQL Trace and Performance Tuning.
- Knowledge/Experience in S4HANA Implementations code optimization
- Knowledge/Experience in Web Services Proxies
- Knowledge/Experience in IDOCs Business Workflows EDI.
- Effective communication skills as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills
- People focus and taking personal responsibility
