They are now actively recruiting for the Bodyshop Workshop Controller role for the Accident Repair Bodyshop in Croydon.

The Role

As Workshop Controller you will play a vital role in the smooth efficient operation of the workshop. You will coordinate workloads ensure repair quality and lead a team of technicians to deliver safe accurate and timely repairs every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate daily workloads across the workshop team
  
• Monitor team productivity quality of work and repair timelines
  
• Liaise with Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs) parts and front-of-house to ensure seamless workflow
  
• Motivate and lead technicians supporting performance training and development
  
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry quality standards
  

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
  
• Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and a commitment to repair quality
  
• Sound understanding of accident repair processes and workshop operations
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
