Job Description

Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: York

Salary: Basic Salary: 20000 On target earnings 50000 Per Annum (including potential

bonuses)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am 6pm Saturdays 8.30am 5pm with one hour lunch

break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About the Role Vehicle Sales Executive:

This is an exciting chance to join a forward-thinking customer-focused sales team. As a Vehicle

Sales Executive you will be the face of the dealership guiding customers through their vehicle

purchase journey from first contact to handover. Your role will be to deliver a personal and

professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.



Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in the showroom online and over the phone

Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options

Arrange and accompany customers on test drives

Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice

Prepare quotes complete paperwork and ensure full FCA compliance












Work toward individual and team targets

Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up

Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes

Support vehicle handovers ensuring a smooth and exciting experience for the customer

Requirements



What We re Looking For:

Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive target-driven attitude

Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools

Passion for delivering outstanding service

Full UK driving licence Held for a minimum of 2 years
