ServiceNow Developer

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3 months with potential to extend

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team and contribute to the design development and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and workflows that enhance service delivery and support business objectives.

What you will do:

• Develop and configure ServiceNows Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite applications modules and workflows across ITSM ITOM HRSD and other domains.
• Create and maintain business rules client scripts UI policies flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform governance.
• Support platform upgrades patching and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow development tools.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and MID Servers.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g. SPM ITSM HRSD CSM).
• Experience with Flow Designer App Engine Studio or Performance Analytics.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
