Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the Resorts successful refurbishment rebranding & repositioning on completion.
Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation F&B Golf Spa Events & Leisure.
Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.
Collaborate with ownership & senior leadership on strategy innovation & brand development.
Lead & develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
5 years plus proven General Manager experience - familiarity of a resort would be advantageous.
A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue & profitability targets.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
