Job Description

Purpose

To remove all fault ware from selection belt and to segregate in the various addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Principal Accountabilities

  • To remove selection faults from the selectors belt
  • Identify ware into seconds respray grinding mending and polishing and placed into separate cages for each category and recorded
  • Ensure ware is not mixed in bungs and ensure where possible ware is kept one item per cage/ carrier
  • Deliver ware to grinder/ polisher and into glazing for re-spray
  • To support the classifier moving ware
  • To keep pace with the production output as necessary
  • Dispose of broken ware safely in boxes provided
  • To record all pitchers
  • Report any problems relating to machinery and quality to Manager/ Team Leader
  • To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and Company policies and to ensure at all times that the work area is clean tidy and safe.

Criteria

  • Good Standard of English and Maths
  • 1 years experience within the manufacturing industry

Hours

Monday to Thursday 07:30 am 16:00 pm

Friday 07:00 am -13:00 pm
