Job Description
What youll do:
Lead the team during evening and closing shifts ensuring seamless operations across restaurant and bar.
Deliver exceptional guest service creating a warm and welcoming dining and bar experience.
Supervise motivate and support colleaguesdriving performance and team engagement.
Oversee end-of-shift procedures including closing cashing up and handover.
Carry out stock counts assist with ordering and maintain accurate records.
Support with event organisation and delivery.
Assist with onboarding training and developing team members.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
Prior experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality ideally in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confidence in managing both restaurant and bar service.
A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
