- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups and general account support.
- Respond to and assist existing clients needs in a timely manner.
- File documentation filing and issuing proof of insurance for customers.
- Follow up as necessary with any policy changes or necessary follow-up calls.
- Service existing personal line policies and accounts as requested.
- Reminder calls texts and emails to help agency with retention of book of business as needed.
- Run daily reports to determine which accounts may need servicing.
- Process customer payments both in the office and over the phone.
- 1-3 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
- Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the agency.
- Be people-oriented customer-focused and professional in developing client relationships and servicing existing clients.
- Good organizational skills with an ability to complete daily tasks without supervision
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent time management skills and enjoys working in a team environment
