Job Description
A paraeducator supports classroom instruction under the supervision of a licensed teacher. They assist in delivering lessons managing student behavior and providing individualized supportespecially for students with special Duties:Assist with instructional activities and classroom managementSupport students individually or in small groupsHelp implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Supervise students during lunch recess and transitionsPrepare learning materials and classroom displaysProvide personal care assistance when neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED (some roles may require college credits or certification)Experience working with children preferredStrong communication patience and teamwork skills
