Job Description
This position is responsible for eld inspection duties of the installation of ITS Lighting Signals and Network components.
The position shall maintain as-built drawings of daily work activities as well as documentation of contractor work activities personnel vehicles and item quantities installed.
A rm understanding of Florida Turnpike Enterprise and FDOT specications policies and procedures is also desired.
Responsible for inspecting construction work; monitoring ITS Lighting Signalization and electrical installation techniques to ensure conformance with the plans specications National Electrical code and other applicable manuals. Responsible for coordinating and managing the lower-level inspectors and escalating any deciencies to the Project Administrator.
Fiber Installation Inspection and OTDR Fiber Testing DMS Operation and Testing
Controller Operation and Testing
CCTV Installation Operation and Testing
Familiarity with Existing Communication Equipment and Switches
Advanced MOT
IMSA Fiber Optic or equivalent
IMSA Level II Technician
