Summary/Description:
The Communications Analyst will provide support in regard to writing editing and documentation support for PARM communications.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain executive-level documentation (directives SOPs training reports briefing materials)
- Conduct technical reviews of correspondence to ensure clarity consistency and plain language compliance
- Deliver edits and reviews within 2 business days
- Produce diagrams charts templates and instructional content
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Education and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional writing and editing
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and formatting
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs leadership and stakeholders
- Must possess advanced oral and written communication skills
- Must have advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Project Visio Teams PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in a government contracting environment preferred
- Demonstrates advanced level experience with standard concepts practices and procedures within the field
- Strong organizational and time management skills as well as confidence in dealing with senior executives and governmental or non-governmental officials
- Knowledge and understanding of general financial accounting and cost accounting and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
- Customer service: Commitment to developing positive customer relationships; competence in listening understanding and resolving customer needs promptly
- Analytical ability: Ability to independently recognize and diagnose problems exercise judgment in arriving at logical conclusions and follow-through with timely action
- Ability to organize necessary resources including people tools and time to meet tight deadlines achieve desired results
- Ability to prioritize and handle project meeting deadlines
