We are seeking a GenAI specialist Solutions Architect to join our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Customer Enablement team to work with our engineering and science team alongside internal and external Generative AI customers to build the applications of the future. In this role you will be the voice of the customer with ownership for working alongside Amazon businesses to develop GenAI and agentic solutions that deliver their immediate business value and realize the future of customer experience. You will help your customers understand best practices and develop new best-practice patterns as you encounter new problem spaces. With your day to day focus on the builder you will be expected to provide insights to product science and engineering on how customers build with our products and how we can improve. You will be empowered to invent on behalf of our customers and advocate for their needs throughout design build and launch of next gen. of models and agents.
This position has a high level of visibility so you will need to be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company and externally. Additionally you will be responsible for measuring business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs. You should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic; you will work fast and smart and adapt and iterate quickly.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure success in designing building and migrating applications software and services with Amazon Nova Act and other Amazon Gen. AI solutions.
- Interact with internal and external customers directly to understand their business problems and help them implement durable GenAI and Agentic systems.
- Educate customers on the value proposition of Amazon Nova Act Amazon Gen AI ecosystem and showcase the state of the art.
- Drive deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions built with Amazon GenAI solutions
- Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers workshops demos and proof of concepts.
- Build deep relationships with internal and external customers engineering product and science leaders.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge across internal Amazon builders and the AWS solutions architect community.
About the team
The Customer Enablement team is central to the Autonomy flywheel serving as the bridge between our customers and our development efforts ultimately driving customer adoption of Nova Act. We ensure customer success with Nova Act by directly engaging with users to build solutions and deeply understand their Agents use cases. Our team drives customer adoption through direct interactions usage data and feedback to inform Autonomy feature prioritization across all Autonomy org.
- 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or equivalent
- 5 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Knowledge of AWS services market segments customer base and industry verticals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
