Job Description

OneStaff is seeking a Branch Manager - either an experienced salesperson ready to step into management or a recruiter looking to advance their career by leading our small but busy Wellington branch.

As a nationwide industry-leading recruitment agency OneStaff specialises in both recruitment and labour hire services. With 25 years in operation our future is brighter than ever and were searching for a talented individual to lead our Wellington team. Youll be supported by our extensive nationwide network and head office providing expertise across all business functions including finance payroll accounts debtor management legal health & safety compliance staff training marketing HR and IT.

Role Overview
As a recruitment and labour hire provider we work with businesses across a wide range of industries to meet their staffing needs. This is a B2B sales-driven environment so the successful applicant will need to demonstrate personal drive a growth mindset exceptional customer service and strong team leadership skills.

Core Duties

  • Sales: Manage the full sales cycle generating new business through calls meetings presentations and follow-ups.
  • Recruitment: Source and select top talent for a variety of local businesses managing the recruitment process end to end.
  • Branch Management: Oversee all aspects of the Wellington branch including financials marketing staff training and compliance with support from the Regional Manager and head office team.
  • Labour Hire: Manage and grow a large pool of employees on short-term temporary contracts deployed across Wellington businesses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a Recruiter/Administrator ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven success in business management or a sales-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of business financials including sales cash flow and expense control to drive sustainable growth.

Remuneration

  • Attractive salary negotiable based on experience (paid monthly)
  • Quarterly bonus based on branch net profit

Role Details

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some overtime as required)
  • Based in Wellington with occasional nationwide travel for training conferences and industry events
