Job Description
Title: SAP ISU FICA
Overview
Skilled FICA Consultant to join our customer s finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICA and related financial processes with a strong understanding of payment processing reconciliation and interface management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial transactions efficient payment operations and compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end payment processes including Payment Runs and Payments Monitoring.
- Implement and support Advance Payment Management and Direct Debit (DD) Mandates.
- Configure and maintain Bank Communication Management and DMEE (Data Medium Exchange Engine) for payment file generation.
- Handle Bank Statement Returns and Reversal processes to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support and maintain outbound interfaces for financial data exchange.
- Ensure accurate FICA-FI Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies between sub-ledger and general ledger.
- Collaborate with OTC (Order to Cash) teams and understand OTC Workflows relevant to FICA.
- Develop and maintain Customized Programs to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide expertise on Boleto payment method and its integration within the FICA framework.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and apply relevant KT topics to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a FICA Consultant with hands-on SAP FICA implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including payments reconciliation and bank communications.
- Experience with DMEE DD Mandates and customized financial programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Broadridge and Bizent Interface integration.
- Experience with OTC Workflows and outbound financial interfaces.
- Familiarity with Boleto payment processing and regional compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage and monitor payment runs and bank statement returns effectively.
