Job Title: Team Lead React Native
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (including 3 years in React Native and 2 years in team leadership)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead React Native to guide and manage a team of skilled mobile developers in building high-performance cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. This role involves technical leadership mentorship project coordination and hands-on development. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technology has deep expertise in React Native and is capable of delivering scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers with clear technical direction and guidance.

• Manage sprint planning task assignments and feature delivery in line with project timelines.

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture that emphasizes quality ownership and innovation.

• Collaborate with project managers designers backend engineers and stakeholders for seamless execution.

• Resolve technical blockers promote code quality through reviews and encourage peer learning.

Technical Contributions:

• Architect develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native.

• Implement pixel-perfect UIs in collaboration with design teams.

• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Optimize app performance handle memory management and debug effectively.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging tools and frameworks that enhance mobile development.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Proven track record in end-to-end mobile app development.

• Strong foundation in mobile platform capabilities and limitations.

• Proficiency in React Native features such as Hooks Context API Redux and architectural best practices.

• Leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more developers.

Essential Skills:

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with ES6 features.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git-based workflows and automated testing strategies.

• Experience with React Navigation AsyncStorage and mobile UI/UX best practices.

• Exposure to offline functionality background syncing and performance optimization tools.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Kotlin/Swift) for bridging modules.

• Experience with design collaboration tools like Figma Zeplin or Sketch.

• Background in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering BCA or MCA.
